Prescription required. Subject to clinician approval.
What’s included?
Start with a health questionnaire and an independent clinical decision. If treatment is offered, review the exact medication, quantity, required supplies and support arrangements before accepting the plan.
The final intake summary should explain what your payment covers, whether medication and shipping are included, and any renewal or cancellation terms. Selecting a longer plan on this page does not authorize a charge or guarantee a prescription.
How does enrollment work?
Start the secure intake in a new tab, then choose your final plan within the care service. Comparing durations here does not lock your choice or authorize payment. The care service handles assessment, prescribing decisions and payment terms.
Important information
Treatment is not appropriate for everyone. Review the safety information below and discuss risks, alternatives and your medical history with your provider.
THE PROTOCOL, EXPLAINED · Compounded GLP-1 + GIP
Tirzepatide. Weight-management care.
Weight managementAppetite pathwaysIndividual care
A considered approach to weight management starts with understanding your health, your history and what has been difficult to sustain. Tirzepatide is a prescription medicine used in weight-management care for eligible adults alongside nutrition and physical activity.
This protocol begins with an individual medical assessment. Your provider decides whether treatment is appropriate, which formulation to prescribe and how to monitor your progress. A plan length is a preference for care and billing; it is never a promise of a particular result.
Explore the science and suitability below. Goals are not guarantees of treatment benefit.
START WITH YOUR HEALTH
Start with you. Your goals. Your health.
Weight-management medicines may be considered for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 or above with a weight-related health condition. Meeting a threshold does not establish eligibility on its own.
Tell your clinician about current medicines, prior weight-loss treatment, pregnancy plans, digestive problems and your personal and family medical history. A history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 is a contraindication to the approved medicine. Weight-loss treatment is not appropriate during pregnancy.
THE THINKING BEHIND IT
Understand the science. Make an informed choice.
Tirzepatide activates GIP and GLP-1 receptors, pathways involved in appetite and glucose regulation. It can reduce food intake and slow stomach emptying. The approved injectable medicine is taken once weekly; follow the directions for the exact product your clinician prescribes.
Evidence from branded medicines does not make a compounded preparation FDA-approved or interchangeable with that medicine. Your provider should explain why a particular formulation is appropriate for your needs.
Two pathways
GIP and GLP-1 receptor activity is central to how tirzepatide works.
A steady routine
Treatment sits alongside food, movement and habits you can sustain.
Individual decisions
Your prescriber determines suitability, formulation and dose.
THE EVERYDAY PICTURE
A clearer picture of your care.
Think in terms of an ongoing routine: regular meals, hydration, movement and follow-up. Early appointments are an opportunity to discuss tolerability, appetite and practical questions. Any dose changes belong with your prescriber.
Progress varies. Use check-ins to review how you feel and whether the plan remains suitable, rather than expecting a fixed amount of weight loss by a particular date. A longer purchase plan does not mean faster dose increases.
PERSONAL FROM THE START
What comes with your plan.
Delivery, storage & your supply
After clinical approval and completion of the care service’s requirements, the dispensing pharmacy confirms fulfillment. A three- or six-month plan does not necessarily mean the entire supply ships together.
Follow the pharmacy’s storage and handling instructions for your specific medication. If packaging is damaged or a temperature-sensitive shipment arrives warm, contact the pharmacy before using it. Do not infer your dose from the size of a vial or a website image.
PRESCRIPTION CARE. PERSONAL BY DESIGN.
A considered route to care.
Your health history comes first. Treatment depends on an independent clinical decision, with instructions for the medication actually prescribed.
01
A proper intake
Share your health history, current medicines and goals through a secure medical questionnaire.
02
Independent review
A licensed clinician reviews suitability, risks and alternatives. A prescription is never automatic.
03
Clear pharmacy guidance
If prescribed, follow the dispensing pharmacy’s label, handling instructions and directions for use.
Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A prescription does not mean a treatment is right for everyone.
MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE
Know what to consider.
Common effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and constipation. Serious risks can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, dehydration-related kidney injury and allergic reactions. Low blood sugar is a concern with some diabetes medicines. Seek prompt care for severe or persistent symptoms.
The approved product carries a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors observed in animals. Discuss oral contraception, other medicines and planned anesthesia with your clinician. This summary is not a complete medication guide; compounded products are not reviewed by FDA for safety, quality or effectiveness.
Do not assume that from this page. The intake and prescription must identify the actual product. A compounded preparation is not an FDA-approved generic of either brand.
How often is treatment taken?
Approved tirzepatide injections use a weekly schedule. Follow your own prescription and pharmacy label; do not copy another person’s dose or measurement.
Can I change my plan during intake?
The choice on this page is for comparison only. You will make your final plan selection in the care service’s intake. Once payment is authorized, that service’s change and cancellation terms apply.
Does a six-month plan mean six months arrive at once?
Not necessarily. The pharmacy and care service determine dispensing quantities and shipment timing. Confirm these before accepting the plan.
What if the clinician does not prescribe?
A prescription is not guaranteed. Review the care service’s consultation fees, payment authorization and refund terms before submitting payment details.
How soon will I see a change?
There is no guaranteed timeline. Your clinician can help set realistic goals and review tolerability and progress at follow-up.
