Prescription required. Subject to clinician approval.
What’s included?
Your intake brings together your goals, medical history and questions for an independent clinical review. If care is offered, the final summary should specify the medication, quantity, supplies and follow-up arrangements.
Review the total charge, shipping, renewal and cancellation terms before accepting. A plan comparison here is not a payment authorization, and a longer plan does not bypass medical review.
How does enrollment work?
Start the secure intake in a new tab, then choose your final plan within the care service. Comparing durations here does not lock your choice or authorize payment. The care service handles assessment, prescribing decisions and payment terms.
Important information
Treatment is not appropriate for everyone. Review the safety information below and discuss risks, alternatives and your medical history with your provider.
THE PROTOCOL, EXPLAINED · Compounded GLP-1
Semaglutide. Weight-management care.
Weight managementAppetite pathwaysIndividual care
Semaglutide is a prescription option that may help eligible adults manage weight as part of a broader care plan. The starting point is your health history and the routines you want to build, not a target dose or a promised number on the scale.
A clinician reviews whether medication is appropriate and discusses alternatives, monitoring and the exact product being offered. The one-, three- and six-month options help you compare commitments while leaving the final plan choice inside your intake.
Explore the science and suitability below. Goals are not guarantees of treatment benefit.
START WITH YOUR HEALTH
Start with you. Your goals. Your health.
A clinician may consider weight-management medication for adults with obesity, or overweight with a related health condition. Your BMI, previous treatments and overall health are part of the assessment.
Disclose pregnancy plans, thyroid cancer or MEN2 history, digestive conditions, diabetes treatment and other medicines. The approved medicine is contraindicated with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 and should not be used for weight loss during pregnancy.
THE THINKING BEHIND IT
Understand the science. Make an informed choice.
Semaglutide acts on GLP-1 receptors involved in appetite regulation. It can help reduce food intake and also delays gastric emptying. The approved injectable weight-management formulation is used weekly, with a prescriber-directed schedule.
Different semaglutide products have different indications and instructions. A compounded preparation is not the same as an FDA-approved branded product, and results from branded clinical trials cannot be promised for every formulation.
GLP-1 activity
Works through a pathway involved in appetite and food intake.
More than medication
Nutrition, activity and follow-up remain part of the plan.
A personal pace
Treatment changes depend on your response and tolerability.
THE EVERYDAY PICTURE
A clearer picture of your care.
Build space for meals, hydration, activity and follow-up alongside medication. Bring changes in appetite, digestive symptoms and questions about your routine to your care team.
Your response and tolerability determine the next clinical decision. Do not increase a dose to match a calendar milestone or a longer subscription. Sustainable progress may include changes in habits and wellbeing as well as weight.
PERSONAL FROM THE START

Delivery, storage & your supply
The dispensing pharmacy confirms the medication and delivery arrangements after approval. Plan duration and the quantity in each shipment are separate; confirm both during enrollment.
Check the pharmacy label and storage instructions when your package arrives. Ask the pharmacy about damaged packaging, temperature concerns or any uncertainty about measurement before using a dose.
PRESCRIPTION CARE. PERSONAL BY DESIGN.
A considered route to care.
Your health history comes first. Treatment depends on an independent clinical decision, with instructions for the medication actually prescribed.
01
A proper intake
Share your health history, current medicines and goals through a secure medical questionnaire.
02
Independent review
A licensed clinician reviews suitability, risks and alternatives. A prescription is never automatic.
03
Clear pharmacy guidance
If prescribed, follow the dispensing pharmacy’s label, handling instructions and directions for use.
Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A prescription does not mean a treatment is right for everyone.
MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE
Know what to consider.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal discomfort can occur. Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury related to dehydration and allergic reactions. Diabetes medicines may increase the risk of low blood sugar; diabetic eye disease also needs discussion.
The approved product has a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors seen in animals. Tell your team about planned anesthesia and pregnancy plans. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved; semaglutide salt forms are different from the active ingredient used in approved medicines. Review your full medication information with the prescriber.
No. They are different active ingredients. Semaglutide targets GLP-1 receptors; tirzepatide targets GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Your clinician can discuss which options fit your needs.
Am I receiving Wegovy or Ozempic?
Only the final prescription can establish that. Read the exact product name and formulation in the intake; a compounded product is not an FDA-approved generic of those brands.
Does choosing six months change my dose?
No. Duration is a plan choice. Your clinician determines dose and any changes based on medical need and tolerability.
Can I change the plan I compare here?
Yes: Shopify does not pass a binding plan choice. Make your final selection in the care service’s intake and review its terms before authorizing payment.
Is medication guaranteed after intake?
No. The clinician may decide that another treatment or an in-person assessment is more appropriate. Check payment and refund terms before proceeding.
Will my whole supply ship together?
Not necessarily. Confirm the dispensing schedule and storage requirements with the care service and pharmacy.
