What’s included?

Begin with your health history and goals. Before agreeing to a plan, ask the care service to identify the route, formulation, pharmacy, monitoring and the evidence relevant to that exact product.

The intake should itemize the actual charge, included supplies or administration, follow-up and shipping where applicable. This page does not promise an infusion appointment, a particular dose or a prescription.

THE PROTOCOL, EXPLAINED · NAD+

Explore cellular wellness.

NAD+Cellular metabolismEnergy & longevity goals

Charge explores NAD+, a molecule naturally involved in cellular energy metabolism. It is often discussed in conversations about energy and healthy aging, but the role of NAD+ inside cells is not proof that an injection improves day-to-day energy or slows aging.

If low energy is what brought you here, begin with the bigger picture: sleep, nutrition, medicines, workload and any persistent symptoms. A clinical assessment can help you decide what deserves investigation before considering a wellness intervention.

Explore the science and suitability below. Goals are not guarantees of treatment benefit.

START WITH YOUR HEALTH

Start with you.
Your goals. Your health.

An adult seeking a discussion about energy or wellness should share ongoing symptoms, diagnoses, medications and supplements. Persistent or unexplained fatigue may need investigation beyond an online wellness intake.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies and significant medical conditions require particular discussion. Whether a particular formulation is appropriate or available is a separate clinical and pharmacy decision.

THE THINKING BEHIND IT

Understand the science.
Make an informed choice.

NAD+ helps transfer electrons in metabolic reactions and participates in cellular signaling. Research on those processes is distinct from research testing whether administered NAD+ improves a patient’s health.

A small human infusion study explored changes in NAD-related metabolites. It did not establish an anti-aging benefit, prove a fatigue treatment or validate every injectable route. Oral precursors, intravenous infusions and other formulations should not be treated as interchangeable.

Cellular role

NAD+ is part of normal metabolism; that is the starting science.

Evidence in context

Changes in biomarkers do not establish a wellness outcome.

Start with the cause

Persistent low energy deserves an appropriate medical assessment.

THE EVERYDAY PICTURE

A clearer picture
of your care.

Use the assessment to define what you hope to improve and how you would judge a meaningful change. There is no established promise of an energy boost, better cognition or longer life from this protocol.

If a clinician recommends any intervention, agree on a review point, monitoring and when to stop or reconsider. A longer plan is not evidence that a larger cumulative exposure works better.

PERSONAL FROM THE START

What comes
with your plan.

Delivery, storage & your supply

Delivery and administration depend on the prescribed formulation. Do not assume that every NAD+ option is suitable for home use, or that research on an infusion describes the product being offered.

Where dispensing is appropriate, follow the pharmacy’s handling instructions and check the label before use. Contact the care team about any uncertainty; food-grade ingredients are not a substitute for materials appropriate for sterile drug preparation.

PRESCRIPTION CARE. PERSONAL BY DESIGN.

A considered route to care.

Your health history comes first. Treatment depends on an independent clinical decision, with instructions for the medication actually prescribed.

01

A proper intake

Share your health history, current medicines and goals through a secure medical questionnaire.

02

Independent review

A licensed clinician reviews suitability, risks and alternatives. A prescription is never automatic.

03

Clear pharmacy guidance

If prescribed, follow the dispensing pharmacy’s label, handling instructions and directions for use.

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A prescription does not mean a treatment is right for everyone.

MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE

Know what
to consider.

Injectable wellness products carry risks related to formulation, sterility, administration and individual reactions. FDA has reported adverse events with NAD+ injectables, including severe chills, shaking, vomiting and fatigue, and raised concerns about ingredients used in sterile compounding.

Compounded products are not FDA-approved. Review the exact preparation and its uncertainties with the clinician. Seek medical attention for severe symptoms or signs of an allergic reaction, and report product-quality concerns to the pharmacy.

Charge · FAQs

A few things
you might be wondering.

Is Charge a proven anti-aging treatment?

No. A biological role for NAD+ does not establish that administered NAD+ slows aging or extends life.

Is this the same as taking NR or NMN?

No. Those are different molecules and preparations. Evidence for one cannot simply be transferred to another.

Will I feel more energetic immediately?

An immediate or lasting energy improvement cannot be promised. Discuss symptoms and possible underlying causes with your clinician.

Does the plan include an IV infusion?

Do not assume so. Route, formulation and any administration appointment must be stated in the final care offer.

Where do I choose the final plan?

Inside the care service’s intake. Comparing one, three or six months here does not lock your choice or authorize payment.

What should I check before accepting?

The exact product, route, pharmacy, total cost, included services, monitoring and cancellation terms, as well as the clinical reasons for recommending it.
