Prescription required. Subject to clinician approval.
What’s included?
The assessment should identify your concern and whether established care would be more appropriate. Ask for evidence relevant to the precise product and route, not simply to mitochondrial biology.
Any care offer must specify availability, costs, follow-up and supplies. A listing or completed intake does not guarantee MOTS-C will be prescribed or dispensed.
How does enrollment work?
Start the secure intake in a new tab, then choose your final plan within the care service. Comparing durations here does not lock your choice or authorize payment. The care service handles assessment, prescribing decisions and payment terms.
Important information
Treatment is not appropriate for everyone. Review the safety information below and discuss risks, alternatives and your medical history with your provider.
THE PROTOCOL, EXPLAINED · MOTS-C
TONE. Explore metabolic science.
MOTS-cMetabolic researchPerformance goals
MOTS-C is a mitochondria-derived peptide studied in metabolic biology. It has attracted interest around energy use and exercise, but those research themes do not establish a clinically proven weight-loss or endurance treatment.
This protocol page separates the science being explored from outcomes you can reasonably expect. A conversation about metabolism should also consider nutrition, activity, sleep and any health conditions affecting your goals.
Explore the science and suitability below. Goals are not guarantees of treatment benefit.
START WITH YOUR HEALTH
Start with you. Your goals. Your health.
Share metabolic diagnoses, current medicines, exercise habits and the reason you are seeking care. Diabetes symptoms, unexplained fatigue or a major change in weight may need a diagnostic assessment.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and significant medical conditions require particular care. Suitability cannot be determined from a product category or a self-selected plan.
THE THINKING BEHIND IT
Understand the science. Make an informed choice.
Laboratory and animal research has examined how MOTS-C relates to metabolic signaling and insulin sensitivity. Studies measuring naturally circulating MOTS-C in humans answer a different question from trials giving the peptide as a treatment.
Neither an association in blood measurements nor an animal result proves that administering MOTS-C improves performance or body composition in people. There is no established routine wellness protocol from those findings alone.

Evidence has limits
Animal findings and human associations are not treatment proof.
A broader picture
Health history and established options come before a protocol.
THE EVERYDAY PICTURE
A clearer picture of your care.
Do not expect a guaranteed metabolic reset, fat loss or improvement in endurance. Use clinical discussion to understand the evidence, alternatives and remaining unknowns.
Your goals should be specific enough to review without attributing every change to a product. A longer commitment does not resolve uncertainty about whether an intervention works.
PERSONAL FROM THE START
What comes with your plan.
Delivery, storage & your supply
Availability and any fulfillment depend on clinical and pharmacy review. Choosing one, three or six months does not authorize automatic dispatch or define a dose.
If anything is dispensed, follow its pharmacy instructions and storage requirements. Products marketed only for laboratory research should not be substituted for medical care.
PRESCRIPTION CARE. PERSONAL BY DESIGN.
A considered route to care.
Your health history comes first. Treatment depends on an independent clinical decision, with instructions for the medication actually prescribed.
01
A proper intake
Share your health history, current medicines and goals through a secure medical questionnaire.
02
Independent review
A licensed clinician reviews suitability, risks and alternatives. A prescription is never automatic.
03
Clear pharmacy guidance
If prescribed, follow the dispensing pharmacy’s label, handling instructions and directions for use.
Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A prescription does not mean a treatment is right for everyone.
MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE
Know what to consider.
MOTS-C is not FDA-approved. FDA has identified substantial gaps in human safety information and concerns about impurities and immune reactions in compounded peptide products.
Unknown long-term effects, interactions and formulation differences belong in any discussion. The existence of a naturally occurring peptide does not establish that an administered preparation is safe.
